Overview

This course explores different aspects of team culture in order to help students become better team leaders. It begins by exploring how to create effective teams, before exploring different cultures of safety, engagement, and growth. It ends with a look at how Gies College of Business can be used to achieve admission into degree programs with iMBA and iMSM technologies.
