They are direct and no-frills, and packed with good information. Zachary is an amazing coach and his messages are clear and easy to implement. I highly recommend it for someone who has failed changing a habit in the past. The list of different approaches was helpful, I could pick one that I would be easy to implement. I like how he lists various methods one can use to change habits(ie going cold turkey or slow incremental changes). I also loved that the videos were short and to the point.
