Perfect for those who are extremely busy but can still squish in some time for some self-improvement. Really liked the course, I will put that time into studying for a career change i have been getting up earlier, because my husband is a morning person we love to walk the beach and see the sunrise. I really liked this, it's allowed me to gain more clarity on the subject, to understand what I need to do to develop this skill of waking early, while still feeling refreshed.
