Overview

A farmers’ market or a produce stand is an irresistible subject for an artist, with the variety of colors and shapes in all the fruits, vegetables, and flowers . In this class, we’ll learn how to use a dip pen and india ink, but you can also take this class using fountain pens, or regular inexpensive drawing pens .

Thank you very much for sharing your techniques with such enthusiasm!! i really love all of amy’s classes but this one was exceptionally fun! she's light-hearted and allows for the idea of imperfection in our paintings. She also explains why she chooses to either apply detail or avoid it, depending on what she wants to accentuate as the focal point. Amy is always creative in her approach to her classes and her explanation and demonstrations of the tools has me always looking out for her new class offerings.
