This course is for Six Sigma students who want to learn more about the process of Six Sigma and how it can help improve business processes and performance. The Define phase of the DMAIC process is covered, as is project development and implementation. The course also takes you on a journey through statistics, and you will be introduced to the importance of Six Sigma project management tools. Finally, you will have the opportunity to participate in peer review exercises and learn from experienced students.
